It's 13 out of 14 done ... Reconstruction of missing 1971 Ace of Wands story The Eye of Ra now available here drive.google.com/drive/folders/…. All four episodes, with off-air audio for 2, 3 and 4 (subtitled), and scrapbook of TV listings. No photos are known to exist, so it's best guess!

@FroodMultiple I think it suffered from being the first story after the time slot was pushed back from 5:20 to 4:50. But the 1973 repeat got 0.9m, 2.4m and 3.1m by part 3, so better than the first time round! Go figure

Ace of Wands came to an abrupt conclusion #OTD in 1972 with episode 4 of The Beautiful People. Ironically it was the highest rated episode, so of course they stopped making them. Full 272 page 1972 Production Diary pdf coming soon! 🦉

@gregrcox @motelcrossroads Is that the “chalet poltergeist” after the bomb explosion in May ‘67? The more I find out about the series, the more paranormal stuff there is! ESP with Joyce Wood and Derek Maynard in Nov 68, black magic in May 70, a ghost at the Manor House in Dec 70! It’s that era I guess!
