@dennismuellr Second point is also true for books. I used to believe I need to finish a book before starting a new one, which sometimes led to being stuck for a long time on books I didn’t enjoy. Simply because I would stop reading. Put it away, start a new one. Much more enjoyable! 📚

i’m always maxxing joy/calories ratio: - 3 bites from sweets is enough - no guilt to finish food - much better than gaining weight - combine treats with walking, avoid having them at home (needs more self control) life is so much lighter with low body fat. literally every step feels easier.
