Yikes.
According to the man who captured the footage, the security guard had told the woman to leave the restaurant.
"The security guard was telling her to leave, and she didn’t want to because she was ordering food."
"Then he just went off, and she started going crazy. He slapped the s*it out of her. It was crazy. Everybody was shocked."
Locals are now demanding that the security guard be fired.

Imo, it’s a barometer of his governance and relationship with the public. When we see an unusually large security detail, it often reflects deeper issues at play - specifically, the leader's own awareness of how their actions have impacted public sentiment.
