I am done being patient. The service has been absolutely negligent. How are you leaving vulnerable households (ANY household) without internet for 6 days, and then providing NO update as to where the engineer is? Please, please, please, explain this to me. What is this service?

We are a vulnerable household, as I had explained to countless agents. I have had no less that 10 conversations with agents trying to get a resolution. Today alone, I have been told 4 times that the engineers would be here and to be patient.

@TalkTalk I cannot cope with the complete lack of duty of care from your service. We have been without internet for 6 days. Was told on Friday an engineer would be out on Saturday, then on Saturday they would be out today, it’s now 7pm and still no engineer.

I was getting mad in traffic earlier and my 3-year-old looked me in the face and said “all you can do is calm down and let the cars go” and now I have a therapist.

@Brent_Council I have sent 2 emails through the online system, and received no response at all. One was going on 2 months ago and another a month. Are you able to advise when I’m likely to hear back? It is fairly urgent!
