Everyone who knows me, like really knows me, knows how special Heidi was and how glowingly I talked about her. Last night, we put the most wonderful soul to rest after the best 10.5 years of our lives. To say Heidi was my best friend is an understatement. She was everything. She didn’t really like the world outside of our immediate family, but that just made us love her even more and to be quite honest, she was right the world sucks. No matter how bad or good things got, she was always a constant, brightening up the happiest of times and providing light in moments of darkness. My life in the last few years has been an emotional rollercoaster and she always provided stability. Whether I needed calm and comfort and someone to spend hours cuddling with, or someone to mess with me and grab my ankles with her paws as I was walking around the house, she just knew. It was unlike anything else. My world got a little darker and a lot less stable last night, and that will never change as her void is now eternal. But the beacon of happiness and light she provided me is something that I know she would’ve wanted for me to smile upon rather than finding pain. Thank you Heidi 💗🐾

@streetsweeper_0 why not shoulders on same day as chest tri? only have to do 4 total exercises for chest/tri and chest shoulders tri is the classic push do whatever works for u but i feel like shoulders on leg day is too much volume in 1 day 5-6 leg exercises +2 for shoulders otherwise i like
