@Se_Railway I have jumped another train to a station nearer home in the hope I get to nursery on time. I understand about the broken down train but some notice is nice. That train stayed on the board saying on time for over 25 minutes until it just disappeared. Such poor communication.

@Se_Railway great communication as always. Packed station at CHX all waiting for the dartford train at 16:27 saying on time and then just dropped off the board. No tannoy nothing. Some of us have children to collect

Annabel and Johannes might have been eliminated from #Strictly but, in truth, they have won 🏆 Johannes was exactly the partner that Annabel needed… someone to take care of her, encourage her and show her that dancing with him could help her find a smile beyond the grief. Similarly, she gave him a platform to shine and seemingly taught him a lot along the way too. Many will miss watching them dance in the final but it’s been wonderful to see their friendship develop and I’m sure, like all perfect partnerships, it will last long after the glitter ball stops turning @jojo_radebe @Annabel_Croft

@Se_Railway only Tuesday and I have lost 2 hours at work this week thanks to your appalling service. Yesterday delays and stuck on a train outside chx for 20 minutes due to power issues and today delays and trains so packed you can't get on. New timetable isn't working 😤

@Georgeatasda terrible customer service, placed an order on Sunday payment taken twice, email sent Sunday. No reply. No order number received, called on Tuesday told wait 48 hours for query, no reply, called again told wait another 48 hours and no manager to talk too 😡 really!?!

@friengle By running more trains means we may have to run some a little shorter. I've just checked, the 07:34 and 08:04 from Mottingham are both 10 car trains. ^PR

@Se_Railway how do you expect customers to effectively social distance on a 8 carriage train in rush hour?

@Se_Railway It’s the 7:56 from MTG to CHX it should be at least 10 carriages at the moment. In January when very people were in you were running up to 12. Now people are heading back you’ve shortened the train which is madness.
