Don't blame the player, blame the game. GP is quickly becoming a specialty that is filled with doctors with no interest in it who want secure employment in the UK to re-apply to their preferred specialty, for UKGs and IMGs alike. Yet doctors with real interest are frozen out.

Another forced closure of a GP surgery (forced by underfunding it intentionally) I am sure if the partners here had compromised and sacked a couple of their GPs and hired PAs instead they could keep going for another few years. But at what cost? The workforce plan is a scam.
