Why do you want a law to force landlords to rent their properties just because someone else can’t afford it. If you can’t afford to pay for a $300 rent, you simply search a cheaper option, why would you think you are entitled to decide how others price their business. Secondly, we are not in a communist country where a state have authority over peoples business.

I see the issue isn't being curse but we don't have functional RENT TRIBUNAL under our judiciary that regulate disputes,rental money & compliance for houses & businesses that overview the landlord & tenants relationships within the country to solve these issues for fair charges.

When Charlie Kirk was murdered, those of us on the conservative side rightly chastised those of our political adversaries who cheered and celebrated his death. We accused them--again rightly--of shameful callousness and of polluting public discourse and coarsening social life. What President Trump does here merits the same chastisement, for the same reasons.

It is astonishing that a head of state would go online and make such obstinate remarks, only to have millions of his self-proclaimed Christian supporters rally behind such statements. This behavior is simply not Christlike, at least not according to the Bible I read and the teachings of Christ as I understand them. The Bible reminds us that: "Do not revile the dead, for their deeds follow them." (Sirach 11:7, paraphrased) Or as Proverbs 16:27 warns, "A worthless man devises evil, and his speech is like a scorching fire." Speaking ill of those who have passed serves no righteous purpose.

Muslim Arabs in Israel never cease to amaze me how they always manage to find a way to pick a fight with the police or army in order to make some propaganda videos and / or riot. The Temple Mount is closed for worshipers, so is the Western Wall, due to the war, anything above 50 people is banned (whether Muslim or Jewish) yet they HAVE to find a reason to complain about the "occupation" preventing them from worshiping on Ramadan.
