@exfatloss It’ll have to be some mix of cassava and another starch with butter and/or cream to get the protein to 6% without going too low from cassava alone, or the dextrose ice cream like was recommended below my comment, though making that sounds really inconvenient.

ex_bread+butter review: - Ate ad-lib bread + butter (+ coffee w/ cream) for 11 days - Only fancy, artisanal, organic, non-fortified, non-seed oil, traditionally baked bread (no Chorleywood shit) - Gained 8lbs - Felt like constant mild overeating - Digestion def not optimal, felt constantly bloated & a bit gassy - But no acid reflux or anything serious, which is significant because I went paleo 15 years ago due to debilitating acid reflux from bread - First contact with the swamp in 3 years - no bueno? exfatloss.com/p/ex_breadbutt…

What we expect is: "We're going to sue you because we're afraid of a small Sport Drink company allegedly infringing on our trademark!" Oh, I'm sorry - I thought this was America. I didn't know words could be owned. I didn't know slavery was banned everywhere except for vocabulary. I didn't know you could own a word and then use it to poison our youth with lab-made, chemical-laden concoctions and drive obesity and diabetes through the roof - that's allowed - but Sport Drink can't be inspired by a bad drink and make it healthy? Oh, I'm sorry. So get it while you can, before we inevitably have to change the label. Sport Drink Baja Blast is a beautiful tropical elixir with passionfruit, lime, and blue spirulina for color. @exfatloss Do you know about anyone getting good results splitting fat and carbs (e.g. 57/37), just keeping protein low? VLF keeps me weight stable at best typically but VLC doesn’t feel good at the beginning or after a few weeks of doing it (have done ex150 for a month. Works for fat loss)

You could also do VLC keto, as long as it's low in linoleic acid. We know high carbs don't cause insulin resistance. It's linoleic acid. So if you cut LA out strict enough, long enough, you can do 90% fat keto or 90% carbo and be fine. You might even be able to swamp. Mead acid is nice, but you don't need it if you're not VLF. I don't think anything is wrong with palmitic acid per se, the people freaking out are wrong. Just stay away from the linoleic acid.

This is exactly why I do high carb. You minimize inflammatory PUFA and your body creates the highly anti-inflammatory PUFA called Mead acid. High (excess) palmitic acid (the saturated fat people are freaking out about) are due to excess de novo lipogenesis (DNL) when someone is insulin resistant. It's not coming from the diet or due to healthy synthesis due to a low fat diet, but due to insulin resistance. And as we know by now (it's 2025 son), carbs don't cause insulin resistance.
