But “it” is not a noun, it’s a pronoun. Think of it like him or her. We don’t say him’s or her’s. We say his or hers. This is a different word to indicate possession; not simply a modification of the word using ’s. His, hers, its. Remember: “it’s” always means “it is”.

It’s an understandable mistake, because we add ’s to many nouns to make them possessive: That is Bill’s coat. And there is the dog’s bone.

Can we clear up something? It’s its. Many intelligent people, whom I respect for what they write, get this wrong. “It’s” always means “it is”. It’s a contraction, hence the apostrophe.

June 26, 2026: Plaintiff's (🦋) Rebuttal Expert Disclosure due. That would mean the earliest either party could file a motion for summary judgment would be on September 22, 2026 However the "Dollar Demand" against RC was modified from $47M down to $9,999,000 and imo this could still end this sooner Under the bankruptcy plan, any claim ≤$10M gives the Plan Administrator sole authority to settle without needing Oversight Committee approval. So Goldberg still has the sole authority to end this from the estates side and hopefully all of this "expert discovery" kills his case and proves RC's innocence and we can finally emerge 🙏 If expert discovery can't bring darkness to light this case we will finally have to go to trial (which was also in the case management plan) and if it does have to go to trial, this could push the conclusion of the case into 2027 imo.
