@_softgrapes We take all reports of mold and any quality defect very seriously. I have started a report with all photos you have provided, pulling all important information off of them to add to it. May I DM you to make a more detailed report? ~ Melissa

@fullmoonpet Seems this is an ongoing issue as far back as 2018. Probably longer but I stopped scrolling. In every instance you say you are making a report to the Quality Assurance team. This clearly has not changed anything and people continue to get moldy treats.

@fullmoonpet I’ve been buying your dog treats for years. In the last few months I’ve found mold 3 times. This time around it’s in a pack of Duck Jerky Tenders. Expiration date 4/13/26. What is causing this?

@fullmoonpet gave my dog some of the "Savory Bites", and he vomited all night and was vomiting blood by the end. I was only using them as training treats, not as food. Never had an issue before. Scared to try the others, and now am stuck with a bag of treats I can't use. 😥

@fullmoonpet what’s the difference between your beef jerky and jerky tenders? Like is one softer than the other?

@scottycatt I can assure you we stand behind our products and want to make a full report to our Quality Assurance team as well as compensate you for this issue.

@fullmoonpet Eliza, I am making this information public so that other pet parents can be aware of this mold issue. Mold on pet treats can be harmful or even deadly if consumed. Your company should investigate how this happened AND issue a recall.

@fullmoonpet Opened a new bag of chicken jerky treats & the product is covered in mold. I see that other posters are reporting similar issues. This is dangerous & a recall should be issued for the safety of pets who may buy your product.

@Rlh1219033 We apologize for any confusion. Unfortunately, the Chicken and Duck Training treats are currently out of stock. We are working hard to get these treats back in stock; however, we do not have a set date for this at the moment. ~Eliza

@fullmoonpet Hello, I just received my order of full moon treats and noticed that some of the pieces have what looks like marshmallow or raw shortening on them… never seen this before can you tell me what this is?

@fullmoonpet the new (red) formula is difficult to chew and digest. My dogs keep throwing it up. Pls go back to the old (browner) formula. Pic-is the new

@fullmoonpet FYI My dog Solo is a HUGE fan of ur Chicken jerky treats BUT he will not eat your Beef Jerky!!! Tried one but now gives it a pass. Exp is 1/24 so they are not old. Loves steak/burgers but I only feed him Royal Canin canned food. ?? U know why?
