Niets‼️ De wet gaat over intentie bij terroristische moord, en geldt dus voor iedereen, Joods, Arabisch, Christelijk, Moslim, links, rechts, wat je maar wil. Waarom zou jij de wetsteksten lezen als je ook gewoon heel makkelijk iets kunt verzinnen of verspreiden vanuit jouw propagandakanalen. Ten tweede: jouw claim ‘voor één ras en niet het ander’ is precies het soort onzin dat alleen werkt als niemand controleert wat er feitelijk staat. Een Jood die een aanval pleegt met dezelfde intentie valt er net zo hard onder. Bijvoorbeeld de moordenaar van Rabin. Maar ja, feitelijke gelijkheid klinkt natuurlijk minder dramatisch en spannend dan jouw ‘rassenwet’-fantasie. Ten derde: de vergelijking met Nazi-Duitsland is niet alleen historisch misplaatst, maar ook inhoudelijk enorm lachwekkend. De nazi-wetten gingen expliciet over bloed en ras. Het Israëlische wetsvoorstel gaat over terrorismebestrijding. Dit op één hoop gooien is alsof je zegt dat regen en motorolie hetzelfde zijn omdat ze allebei nat zijn. Ten vierde: dat ‘eerste land sinds 1945’ verhaal is ook compleet verzonnen. Een behoorlijk deel van de wereld heeft nog doodstrafbepalingen, inclusief voor terreur. Waarom zou je moeilijke dingen als geschiedenis of recht erbij halen als je ook gewoon een propaganda slogan kunt posten? Kortom: je vergelijking klopt niet‼️ Niet juridisch‼️ Niet historisch‼️ Niet logisch‼️ Niet feitelijk‼️ Maar wel heel nuttig als je doel is om Israël, Joden en Zionisten te demoniseren‼️ Dat is uiteindelijk het enige dat deze vergelijking doet.
