It’s been a busy summer for our PSG & Faside Lunch Clubs tackling holiday hunger with fun, food & community! 🍽️ Beach trips, bikeability, messy play, fire service & more — plus hot meals served daily Huge thanks to @ELCouncil, @cashforkidsEDI & FCK for their amazing support! 💛

Week 5 at @fasidelunchclub: We enjoyed outdoor play, tried gymnastics, joined @eastlothianlibs reading challenge, and tasted more foods with the @PennypitTrust nutrition team. So many ways to stay active and learn! #ProvidingOpportunities #SupportingVolunteering

This week’s menu included: 🌶️ Chilli Con Carne & Nachos 🍕 Pitta Pizza 🥪 Park Picnic 🍝 Pasta Bolognese 🍚 Chicken Fried Rice w/ Curry Sauce We also give our children Breakfast and arrival and a variety of healthy and yummy snacks throughout 😋 #TacklingHolidayHunger

We also had a visit from @DekkoComics who ran a comic workshop for a group of children who had been asking all about comics! Everyone created some great drawings and creative stories. Thank you to @DekkoComics & @eastlothianlibs for organising the workshop 📚

What a year for our @PrestonLodgeHS POPs group! 🎉 From skiing & motorbiking to fitness testing, college visits & more – these boys have grown so much in confidence 💪 Huge thanks to Ross, Amanda, Kirsty, Angie, Jonathan & the Hillend team! 👏 Well done – don’t be a stranger! 🙌
