One more thing I want to admire is Gilchrist’s guitar work. I’m sure it’s a hard thing to do and he puts some masterful work on them, can make either a mural or a simple quote base

Gilchrist gets a lot of shit for his run on Nancy, but he’s such a pleasant and chill guy, and his work just ozzes with it. I had the pleasure of meeting him at a con, and he was so kind. He also draws far more compently than Cash does, so it’s pleasant to look at

@funni_man99 completely disagree. bushmiller kept his style relatively consistent/cohesive and all of the characters at least looked like they could exist in the same universe. here: nancy looks uncanny with her big head and black eyes while fritzi stepped out of a 2000s archie comic.

@funni_man99 I think saying that Gilchrist's Nancy style is more pleasant than Cash's is an odd metric. Nancy's proportions and Fritzi's design are very off, they are also frequently off model. I'm sure he's a nice and talented guy, but his Nancy run looks like he never read Nancy.
