@punishablepress My personal take on IQ is that is just is not an approriate metric for Africans. Whatever characteristic yield better returns in Africa, especially in the last Century and prior, are not measured by IQ directly. e.g. the Bushman of Namibia had wisdom for that place.

Even the IQ graph they made showing the results is ironically done wrong. The X axis carried no meaning, they just numbered it 1 to 8 instead of using IQ scores. If they did it right it would look something like the below.

However, you could actually use gold and silver to back up the U.S. dollar and eventually try to return to an actual economy.
