@Rod_Studd @davehendon Magical is the word. And it’s not just nostalgia talking. It is, from a *spectator’s* point of view, the ideal space for snooker. Great views no matter where you’re sitting. And the intimacy just makes everyone feel involved in, and a part of, the drama.

@JPierreCoyle An image I often dig out when one of my anxious friends starts worrying about how a sporting team we both support, who may be doing really well at the time, are suspected (by said friend) of being on the verge of disaster. Despite them just having won 4-1. Or something.
