@THCdonor @UberEats that is exactly what happen to me too!! I had proof and they still wouldnt refund me. Then after that, they just ignore me. I ended up canceling their services and will never use ubereats again! They lied and stole from me. I posted up proof in my post.

@UberEats customer service is so terrible. An item was missing from my order, with proof, and they are literally saying 'too bad we won't refund you'. Absolutely pathetic

@Uber_Support they steal your money. They say that they will refund you for x amount back to my card, but never did. Instead for some reason they credited it to my ubereats account and because how they fucked up with me, they took that credit back. PEOPLE, do. not. use. ubereats.

Hey @UberEats, my delivery driver stole 2/3 of my order and restapled the bag shut after it was clearly just taped shut. Doesn’t seem fair you only offer to refund me 75% of what those items cost me.. AND you now expect me to re-pay delivery chargers and fees? What a money grab.
