A Luxembourgi will possibly earn 75% of his salary if he loses his job because of such deductions. A Ugandan will go to the village if he loses his job.

Luxembourg citizens pay up to 42% in taxes, depending on your income. Uganda wants to reach that figure too.
The difference is, in Luxembourg everything is literally free, from transport to health care and all. Here we shall just see more malls, arcades and apartments in Najjera being built. Oh Uganda!
