Today, the Futureverse board made the difficult decision to begin a restructuring of the business. While we’ve made significant progress building world-leading AI models, developing more than 30 open-source protocols, and partnering with some of the world’s top brands, we recognize that adjustments are needed to ensure the long-term sustainability of our vision. This process will allow us to focus on strengthening the foundation of the company and reshaping the structure so we can continue to support our core products and applications. Importantly, this restructuring only impacts Futureverse Corporation and does not directly affect subsidiaries. Futureverse has always been rooted in collaboration and innovation, and our aim remains to carry this work forward in a stronger, more sustainable form.
