I’m a guitar guy who had never listened to Allan Holdsworth, so I bought his album “Sand” after hearing Rick Beato endlessly praise him. Nothing on that record speaks to me at all. It all just sounds like pointless noodling.

@that70smoke @JoeRoganRecaps Williams is not white, but not my point. These are some heavyweight rhythm players in a. music genre (jazz rock) with the some of the most complicated rhythms ever recorded. They all played with Holdsworth. Tony Williams brought him over from the Uk after hearing him.

Good find.
ALL of the bread I have seen at whole foods "fresh" contains folic acid, a form of folate humans should avoid.
Unmetabolized folic acid appears to block folate receptors in the body.
Folic acid does not occur in nature; tetrahydrofolate or methylfolate are naturally occuring forms.
"Bioidentical" folate is critical. Get your folate from food or use a supplement that contain L-methylfolate or another bioidentical form.

A sickening number of patients are harmed by the fiction, widely believed by doctors, that LDL is “bad cholesterol.”
Doctors end up obsessively “treating” lab numbers—to the detriment of patient health.
Doing right by patient health takes looking at whole-patient metabolic health for what matters: Are there signs the patient is likely to have cardiovascular “events”?

Musicians, can you help me? I'm looking to identity the name of/instrument that makes a particular sound. The track below is cued up to the right place.
The sound is the instrument in the accompaniment that sounds in the bass register. It sounds like a cross between an electric guitar and a synthesizer. Like a "grooving," buzzy bass note.
You can hear the same instrument/synth in the same style in Whitney Houston's "How Will I Know" all throughout the accompaniment.
A similar sound is made at the beginning of Belinda Carlisle's "Heaven is a place on Earth." It descends down the scale.
