Yes as described by Barbara Samuels, our article indeed focuses on middle class housing. Most articles focus on affordable housing which creates a perception that any housing initiative is solely focused on addressing needs of the poor.

But still has potential to open some eyes. And old guard aging out. Only area still 90%+ White is outside the URDL divide.

The development process in @BaltimoreCounty is too ossified, the County Council too fuedal & self-interested, & the culture too NIMBY to respond to leadership. ("No apartments, no compromise"). We all saw the demise of @JohnnyOJr 's very modest mixed use bill. 1/
