I'd love to see if the HOAs attached to those prices have also come down. It's painfully obvious that it's all about the control that HOAs have over raising your fees. HOA Bureaucrats keeping their jobs and getting their morning lattes is WAY more important than the actual physical condo asset price. If you want to see a more extreme example of where this is going, look at the price of manufactured homes. It won't be long until all they're charging is the land lease to get people in to those things.
