@NetworkRailWssx Maybe not your area, the crossing is closed at Burrows Lane, Gomshall but the road closure is in the wrong place causing everyone to have to turn around. The signs need moving.

@AmazonHelp you will destroy your business if you continue to employ drivers who think leaving a package on the edge of the road somewhere near our house counts as 'Parcel handed to resident'. Rather than lie can't you put an option like 'Parcel left in vague vicinity of house'?

@AKAhamradio Working in IT I hate it when I see systems obviously from a US supplier that they haven't bothered to localise. In addresses if you see Lane shortened to Ln, Road to Rd, Court to Ct etc. it's a sure thing it is a package originated in the US

I've not spotted this before on #Ofcom #AmateurRadio licensing site. Address field includes provision to specify the State.
Has it always been there and I've not noticed or is it a recent addition?
Obviously not applicable to UK but relevant to Brazil, India, USA #hamradio #hamr

@GU0SUP @C21MM_2024 I worked them on 30m and 17m one after the other today. They were strong on 17m on my dipole but on 30m I was able to rx them on the 17m dipole but not on the doublet that I used as the tx antenna. #whateverittakes

@M0KVI I bought the conversion kit for my QMX to convert it from low band to mid band.
I have been having second thoughts about actually installing it though as that is a lot of toroids to successfully take off a small board and replace.

@SurreyCouncil can you get your contractors, Ringway, to clear up the litter they have left after works a few weeks ago. 30m south of Hazel Hall, Pond Lane, Peaslake, GU5 9RS. They also left some at the other end of this closure outside the Hurtwood Inn.
