Just vibe coded trends.sumble.com: it shows which technologies are trending in job posts. I worked at GCP from 2017 and 2022 when Google was trying to figure how important it was to support PyTorch on GCP's managed training and inference services. At the time, it was really hard to get a sense for the extent to which PyTorch had made the jump from academia to industry. One of the best sources of technographic data in industry is job post data. When employers are hiring employees who are skilled with a technology, that's a strong indicator that the technology has made the jump. So with that in mind, I put together a simple app that shows which technologies are trending in job posts from the last 3 years. I using rolling averages to smooth the charts and making it easier to see trends.
