@PWSMonitor I restarted the watch an the phone and now it is updating about every 10mins, so I think the problem was on my side for whatever reason. Thanks

@g6ued I think I’m pushing for widget updates a little too frequently causing updates later in a 24 hour period to be throttled by the OS. I will probably have to settle for a slightly longer delay so that they are more consistent throughout the day and avoid much longer delays later.

@PWSMonitor I did not see any refresh as such, reverting back to Apple weather complication it was fine. If you can fix this it would be great 🤞

@PWSMonitor Understood, but my Apple Watch 11 does not seem to refresh at all on its own, I’ll keep monitoring it and let you know. Are there any settings to adjust that may help?

@g6ued Apple watchOS is very restrictive about how often watch complications can update themselves in order to save battery life. Mine should update about every 10 minutes, but the OS can adjust each update timing on the fly to try and batch updates with other apps.
