Spent some time with the cross-asset correlation matrix this morning. The picture for premium sellers building a portfolio is the same one we keep coming back to. $SPY, $QQQ, and $XLK are running 0.93 to 0.99 with each other. If you have credit spreads open on all three, you do not have three trades. You have one trade with three tickers on it. The real diversifiers in this map sit near or below zero versus SPY: $TLT at -0.02, $GLD at 0.03, $XLE at -0.25, $XLV at 0.02. Those are the names that actually spread the risk in a book of short premium positions. Worth a quick look at your own sleeve before the next entry. Correlation is not a side note. It is the math behind whether a portfolio is diversified or just leveraged on the same factor.

Reshuffled portfolio. Reducing equity sleeve and growing commodity, cash, and crypto allocations. Sold 3,600 shares of $RDVI. Bought 250 shares of $SGOV, 102 shares of $XBCI, 417 shares of $ETTY, and 173 shares of $FOXY. Rest is in cash waiting to be deployed
