The ideal candidate's background is in design, with experience in community-centered projects, awareness of methods from social sciences, and a passion for the politics of design. Candidates with a background in social sciences and proven experience in design are also suitable.

Your mission will be to explore new ways for designers to facilitate bottom-up social change, and the objective is to create design processes that give ownership and control to the communities we work with.
