I love celebrating Easter the same way we celebrate Christmas which is spending the morning yelling at the kids to stop playing/fighting and get dressed so we can get to church 10 mins late

@Austen Most people... 1. Can't think exponentially without great effort. 2. Try to conceptualize from their current state/reality instead of starting from first principles. These two things get in the way of understanding how big thinkers/doers operate.

Of course, the cost of launching satellites came down dramatically, and more obviously if a user has a 20 mb connection that doesn’t mean they’re pulling down 20 mb 100% of the time. Extremely obvious errors, but thousands of people believed it.

I remember people tweeting this video at me all the time: A physics phd claimed each Starlink satellite could only serve ~1,000 customers at 20 Mbps, making the whole business model impossible. Plus the cost of launching satellites was too high to sustain.

People genuinely think no one at the company responsible for 86% of all orbital space launches bothered to think about the cooling problem. Reminds me when everyone was telling you Starlink was impossible because of unavoidable latency.

It's fine. I don't know why people make such a big deal about it. I've been using it since the outset of OpenClaw and it's worked great. If you spend a little time giving it a charter document or something in its durable memory or in its soul.md, it'll respond just the way you want. Mine is an awesome executor and a little sassy and sarcastic, which is exactly what I asked it to be.

Can someone share a screenshot of what OpenClaw with GPT looks like - how much personality is there?

I just went through Elon Musk's page. No word on the Artemis II crew's Moon landing or their beautiful Earth shots. If this was done by SpaceX, he would have been talking about it nonstop. The guy is petty. Come on, celebrate a good thing even if it not done by your company.

Yeah, that's what I've been using since the outset and it works great. Just make sure, if you're using the OAuth as your primary but you also have an OpenAI API key, that you're very clear with your OpenClaw as to which account you should prioritize. I had some situations where it was needlessly hitting the API when it should have been routed through the OAuth so just make sure you're very, very clear with your boundaries on that.

Anyone else using @openclaw with Codex? How is it compared to @claudeai ? Seriously considering canceling Max plan now.

woke up and my mentions are full of these Both me and @davemorin tried to talk sense into Anthropic, best we managed was delaying this for a week. Funny how timings match up, first they copy some popular features into their closed harness, then they lock out open source.

our NPS dropped from 70 to 35. my entire team panicked. but it was the best thing that happened to our company. when wispr started getting traction, everyone wanted us to build everything. meeting recorder. ai note-taking. voice-controlled app launching. we started working on several at once. the team was excited. users were asking for it. felt like momentum. then our nps crashed. what actually happened: our core product got worse. as we scaled from thousands to millions of users, a 0.1% failure rate meant thousands of people hitting issues daily. we were shipping new features while the foundation was cracking. i looked at dropbox, spotify, airbnb. they all built one singular platform first. only added second products at massive scale. so i made the call: kill every new feature in development. the team pushed back. "but users are asking for these." users ask for a lot of things. our job is to give them one thing that works perfectly, not ten things that work okay. wispr flow can scale to $1B in revenue as one product. if we ever build something new, it cannot come at the cost of our current product and current customers. our nps recovered to 72. customers started to notice the difference. the hardest part about building a company isn't deciding what to build. it's deciding what to kill.

Hey @nikitabier I have this option in my iOS app but when I try to enable it, it locks up the app and I need to force quit. I can’t find the option in the desktop browser. Any insight or updates? Thanks!

So @typesfast mentioned this at dinner last night and I’ve been trying it out: If you tap to customize your timeline and only select “Artificial Intelligence” it’s shockingly good
