This response is not acceptable. The baggage has already been recovered by Delhi Police, so this is no longer a tracing issue but a coordination and handover issue. I am requesting immediate direct action from Etihad to arrange collection/return of my bag. Please escalate to your baggage or station operations team and provide a clear update with timeline today instead of redirecting me to general options. @etihad @EtihadHelp

With due respect, the incident happened within the airport-airline travel process, so simply shifting responsibility to local authorities isn’t acceptable. As a passenger, I expect the airline to actively coordinate with airport/security authorities instead of asking customers to run around on their own.
I request your team to formally escalate this matter and assist in getting the CCTV footage checked at the earliest. Passenger safety and baggage/security concerns should not be treated as “beyond airline control.”

Even if it is stolen , if they check the cctv they will have all the details of the person as he would have been passed through security and immigration and they would have all the details. All the need to do is properly investigate and they are not doing it god knows why... not even a single authority is helping.
