@1stgoldenballs @DHLParcelUK Hi Sam, every time I send a DM, either here or on Facebook, you take over 24 hours to respond, which then means youve already messed it up, once again. Ive sent 4 messages this morning about today's delivery, all not looked at. DHL somehow manage to make Hermes look good.

@gardzplays @DHLParcelUK Totally useless, I'm surprised the parent company doesn't cut it lose, after all it's bringing the German reputation for efficiency into disrepute.

. @DHLParcelUK still notnhad my parcel delivered despite reassurances it was being delivered to my house yesterday. Sat in all day and nothing, nobody replying to messages on here or Facebook either. Can't believe how useless a multinational company like you can be.

@DHLParcelUK Thanks Helen, not sure asking me to drive an hour and forty five minutes to Wellingborough to collect it myself is exactly the kind of response i was looking for! I suggest someone looks into this today rather than leaves it a day before replying. Youve already spoilt a birthday.

@neelam_mavadia @DHLParcelUK Apparently mine is om its way back to germany, after one attenpted delivery. Which bearing in mind they asked me what i wanted to do is an absolute farce. Asked me to DM and not replying to that or Facebook messages either. Useless company.

@DHLParcelUK @gardzplays Wasn’t in as couldn’t wait around for fake promises, came home to front door barricaded with three huge parcels..... couldn’t get in and couldn’t move the huge parcels till I got some assistance

.@DHLParcelUK really unsatisfied with the service provided. Waited over a week for a parcel, you tried once to deliver to a local shop and because they said too large apparently now sending the parcel back to Germany?! Despite one of your operatives asking me what to do on FB 1/2

@DHLParcelUK Done, the situation is a joke so i suggeat you read them on here or messemgee very quickly given ita ovwr 12 hours since you asked me what i wanted to do and ignored me

They then go quiet and don't reply and now according to amazon the parcel is being sent back to Germany despite it being needed tomorrow and thus being made clear last night when asked. Now nobody replies on either social media and no humans on phone!?

@gardzplays Hello, Yes Haverhill has fewer slots due to it's size so it books up faster. New slots are released each morning - it's based on a 7 day rolling contract so tomorrow slots on 5th June will become available

@suffolkrecycle hi, I'm trying to book a slot for Haverhill but it seems there are none available but Bury has loads? Is this a mistake or just Haverhill is very busy? When are the next lot of slots released so I can try get one please?
