Dublin 🇮🇪 The average starter house price in Dublin is now €500,000. Indian migrants are coming to Ireland and buying houses for cash. The are literally replacing Irish people, who are doing all they can do beg, borrow and save to fulfil their dream of buying their own home. That won’t happen as long as the govt allows migrants swarm in and buy houses at top dollar when our own can’t afford to even rent. Something drastic has to change.

Is there a way to short the Netherlands? The Netherlands is launching a 36% tax on unrealized capital gains. Taxing Unrealized Gains already failed in Norway. 🇳🇴 Norway's government expected +$150m revenue from Taxing Unrealized Gains. Instead, it caused a massive $54 BILLION to flee the country, and it cost them (-$600 million) instead.

What the Netherlands are doing with that 36% tax on unrealized gains, is the single most insane financial thing I have seen in a long time. Sometimes I wonder if the EU is destroying itself on purpose, and why. You really cannot be that stupid. Same thing with immigration. The entire continent is drowning in it and the problems that come with it, and the most recent solution from the EU is to open the floodgates from India. You cannot explain this anymore.

It’s not that $GOOGL doesn’t have more room to run. It’s that I more than doubled my investment in four short months and it’s extended. Meanwhile, $ADBE is in the same poor sentiment that Google faced earlier this year. I’m about finding the best opportunities and pivoting to them.
