I built an opensource fully procedural ivy & fig tree generator🌿that runs in your browser using @threejs .
Every vine, leaf, and branch is generated in real time, with no pre-made models. WebGPU renderer, GPU instancing & BVH-accelerated raycasting ...

@asimo3089 @DaRealMiniToon Maybe the real war is the friends we made along the way ❤️

HI!
Talks have concluded with Jesse and Fissy on good terms! We've decided that either game moving can jeopardize the launch of Piggy Intercity with @DaRealMiniToon. For this reason, we both call for peace!
We will both be launching at 9am Saturday in a non-violent, friendly, competition! :]
Much respect to the Devs and Players of Adopt Me! Our history goes waaaay back and this Saturday will be thrilling for both.
Thank you!! ❤️❤️❤️

I feel like all I've been hearing about on Twitter is that "SF is so back". well I'm here to tell you Twitter is not real life. don't believe the hypebois.
in fact, SF is even more dystopian than ever. it's a ghost town. boarded up shops - not even many people walking the streets. and the ratio of bums to Waymos is reaching near parity. the city has completely lost its soul.
SF has done so much for the world, yet can't get its own house in order. California has managed to squander a massive tax base, while decrying that the rich don't pay their fair share.
tell ya what though: money won't solve anything without the tough love required to solve the systemic problems it's had 20+ years to address, yet still hasn't done.
it's really sad.

@ninepixelgrid You’re right. That Godfather-quoting sign in A. Cavalli & Co’s window is quite derivative indeed

It's wild how long the tech industry went dividing design / engineering into two separate camps. The 'design engineer' was this rare role, often people struggling to find a home and only the smartest companies knowing what to do with them.
As a builder with my own side-projects, I've been in code for the past 20+ years. As an employee in corporate, I couldn't get the keys to Github.
Now we're here. And it's really cool. And this will also change. Always does. 💡

San Francisco sucks and it always has. Sorry.
Kevin Dahlstrom@Camp4
Years ago I took a job with a company in San Francisco. The agreement was that I’d commute for a couple months then relocate. (This was before remote work was a thing.) Ten months in, the CEO said, “You’re not moving here are you?” I replied, “Nope.” I hated everything about it — the never-truly-warm weather, the what-can-you-do-for-me culture, and the filthy city itself. It looks great in photos tho.
