Explain to me like I’m five: I’m currently getting 8.4 kW of electricity from my solar panels while only using .5kW, the rest is charging my batteries and going back to the grid (it’s a cloudy day). Why then, are we building an LNG terminal while the main LNG fields are on fire?

Australia sells coal to China who use it to generate reliable cheap electricity.
Australia takes the money from coal sales and buys Chinese wind turbines and solar panels that aren't reliable and makes expensive electricity.

@gavinmoolman @DamianLow3 We had aircraft in Cyprus, at a base, that in 3 weeks, has been hit by 2 small drones causing very little damages and no injuries. Perhaps had Trump had spoken to allies but that would assume some kind of plan. Who would be gullible to believe there as one of those?

@scrumming_ten I think this is good. Develop more depth and start resting those more experienced players who have had no downtime since 2023 WC win to help ensure they are fresh for WC 2027. Many have club commitments that won’t help them. Many back in SA but some still in NH.

I can’t see how we can send the Navy to the Gulf. The US and Israel have no plan and they are deeply unreliable partners. We should be focused deescalating and if we lose ships and lives that does the opposite. Israel wants us all in and Trump wants out… how do you work with that?

If schools start restricting art, music, dance or parts of the curriculum to avoid offending people, we have to ask a serious question.
