@gavtom1986 Hello, that is the correct price for a peak and off peak fare. Peak times are in effect as it is a week day ^HG

@SouthernRailUK You are running a Saturday service tomorrow, please can you confirm that all trains are off peak tomorrow as website shows 0855Ebn to BTN as Peak fares? Thanks

@SouthernRailUK The main difference is that if I get the 08:55 from Eastbourne it shows as £55 return and 0905 shows as £21.20

@SouthernRailUK Was travelling on the 21:24 from Vic to EBN. Used the manned ticket windows at Vic, Southern side. She said that you can only get off peak tickets from outside greater London and basically tough you have to pay for an anytime single or that's it. I can DM you a pic of the ticket?

@SouthernRailUK Is it true that if you buy a single ticket from Victoria during off peak times that they are not allowed to sell you an OFF PEAK ticket. The rude lady said as you in London we are not allowed to sell you that! ,#daylightrobbery

@gavtom1986 We understand it has been repaired, however Network Rail are making an inspection of the track to ensure we are safe to resume services. ^Will C

@SouthernRailUK UK power networks say that they have completed the repairs on the pylon between Lewes and Eastbourne. Have you heard about this? If so you have any update on when the railway can reopen?

@SouthernRailUK @chloafc On this I need to be on the 06.57 from EBN to VIC tomorrow to catch a coach from Victoria Coach Station. Surely you will know before close of service whether the first service will run? If you cancel the 1st train and I miss my coach can I claim the cost back from Southern?

@chloafc We're hoping to get the line open tonight, however we cannot give a definite answer on this. We will make any necessary updates to services overnight so please keep an eye on journey planners for tomorrow. ^Will C

@UKPowerNetworks Do you have any update as to when the repair of the pylon at incident INCD-386436-G will be completed and the rail lines reopened? Thanks

@SouthernRailUK UK power networks are estimating completion by 2100. Does this seem correct from the updates you are getting?

🚌 We have a limited amount of rail replacement buses operating. They are then due to operate on the following routes: - Lewes to Eastbourne calling at all stations - Eastbourne to Lewes calling all stations Our bus supplier will be Travel Masters. Disruption is currently expected until the end of the day. If this is earlier then we will let you know.

@SouthernRailUK with the disruption between Lewes and Eastbourne, when do you think you will know about it affecting the service tomorrow (with the weather) am meant to be on 0657 from EBN to VIC tomorrow so it won't run will need to make other plans! Thanks

@SouthernRailUK So will you be updated from the site prior to the end of service today or only after the end of service? If not until after then I need to try and get to Vic today as I got a coach to catch tomorrow at 9.30
