Relatives of Teuta Hoxha, a Palestine Action activist on a long-term hunger strike, reported being followed by drones after attempting to visit her at HMP Peterborough. Family members including Hoxha's 17-year-old sister, Rahma, traveled to HMP Peterborough in December 2025. The family reported being turned away from the visit by prison authorities for wearing "banned colors". Following the refused entry, the family alleged they were followed home by drones. Hoxha, 29, began her hunger strike in early November 2025. As of December 30, 2025, she had reached day 51 of her protest, with reports stating she could barely stand without blacking out and was experiencing severe cognitive difficulties.

if Arab Muslims didn’t extinguish the Jewish people from the Middle East, they would have a more solid cuisine that’s entirely theirs. But because of the diaspora due to persecutions, massacres and and pogroms, Jews had to spread out all over the world until they reclaimed their ancestral homeland so shut the fuck up.

2025 ended. The violence didn't. Bombs fell. Raids continued. Starvation was imposed. Families were displaced. Ceasefires were announced-and broken. This isn't history. It's ongoing. The occupation remains. Apartheid persists. Palestine is still under attack.

“I had zero expectations of surviving this year” Palestinian journalist Bisan Owda reflected on the harsh reality of Gaza as 2026 starts. Recalling being trapped between Israeli tanks in west Gaza City, she faced imminent death, yet survived, emerging as a witness to the ongoing genocide. Her New Year’s message carries both the weight of survival and the urgent call for justice: she highlighted the struggle of one million Palestinians now living in tents, the ongoing Israeli siege that blocks essential food and medicine, and the occupation of more than 60% of Gaza’s land. Owda called for the reopening of borders, the end of the slow genocide, and the rebuilding of Gaza through Palestinian resilience, urging the world not to forgive or forget the complicity that allows these crimes to continue.

The book must be good if Zionists want to ban it. If we weren't sanctioned, I'd definitely buy a copy or two.

Little Layan is shivering in the freezing cold, her body bearing burns from the war, displaced with her family of six in a destroyed mosque. Layan's childhood is lost amid destruction and loss, and all she dreams of today is a little warmth and safety.

As of December 31, 2025, the longest-serving hunger striker, Heba Muraisi, is on Day 59 of her protest, with three other activists closely behind her at over 50 days. Medical experts and historical data from the 1981 Irish hunger strike indicate that the 60-day mark is a critical threshold where the risk of sudden death becomes imminent. At this advanced stage of starvation, the body has typically depleted all fat reserves and is actively consuming its own vital organ and muscle tissue for energy. The heart muscle itself begins to break down, leading to a slow heart rate (bradycardia), heart arrhythmias, and sudden cardiac failure. By day 60, damage to the brain, liver, and kidneys is often permanent, even if the person resumes eating. Strikers may experience "progressive confusion," loss of hearing or sight, and an inability to maintain speech or consciousness. Heba Muraisi has reportedly already lost the ability to form full sentences. Most individuals reach a state of complete physical exhaustion between 55 and 75 days, after which survival without medical intervention is considered unlikely. Dr. James Smith, an NHS physician supporting the strikers, warned on December 29 that they are in a "critical and unpredictable" period where "sudden, severe and unpredictable bodily dysfunction" can cause death at any moment. United Nations experts and over 900 healthcare professionals have called on the UK government to intervene, warning that the detainees are "at risk of organ failure and death".

Having murdered EVERY journalist in Gaza, and many of their families. Having banned ANY international journalist from entering. Having destroyed almost every structure in Gaza and even laughing as they blew up water treatment facilities and cancer wards. Israel is now BANNING all aid agencies from operating there from tomorrow. The last thread of charitable aid removed. An evil beyond humanity. Take ACTION Free PALESTINE

The Sameer Project

Our team was leaving Al-Qarara area of Khan Younis after a food distribution when they saw a young boy crying on the side of the road. chuffed.org/project/149178…. Moataz was sitting in the rain, sobbing, and inconsolable. He was tired, wet, cold. The Sameer Project usually conducts large distributions in camps to serve the most people at one time, but there was no way our team was going to walk away from Moataz without helping. All the boy asked for was ways to stay warm - he requested a men’s abaya (a lined winter coat), pajama sweats, blankets for his family. Imagine having none of these items while living in a makeshift tent during a winter storm. We were able to provide Moataz what he wished for and in the process dried up his tears. We gave him a warm abaya for $27, pajamas for $13, and two thick blankets each costing about $40, all after 9% banking commission. Donate to the “Give Warmth to Gaza” initiative in our Return Home Campaign to help this winter. Other ways to donate include: paypal.me/mahertali (Paypal option, please make sure to add a message saying "Winter") account.venmo.com/u/Maher-Ali (Venmo option, please make sure to add a message saying "Winter")
