"Real world observational data" are what most observational studies produce. "Real world randomized data" are what you get from trials with broader entry criteria. (Yes, avoiding the word "pragmatic".)

#Health #economics thought for the day: There is something flawed about an analysis where the cost-effectiveness of your drug depends on what treatments are taken after it stops working. Evaluations should look at treatment sequences not drug A then some average mix of X,Y and Z
