@wlargou Utilities are identified based on things like how much state, proportion of static methods/fields, etc. Placement depends on each utility class and M2M helps with this. Separate service, include in other service, or library are all options.

@gcharters Great feature, but what qualifies as utility? Also how would that be implemented? A separate microservice?

You can use mono2micro to refactor your monolith to microservices. The latest release helps identify and handle utility classes - community.ibm.com/community/user…
