@Chime You have the worst customer service and App. I have been trying to help my sister recover her account. She has no idea how much money she has and cannot access it. Getting a good human on the phone is impossible and trying to log into the app is a cruel joke.

@Chime We have tried, unsuccessfully. We called the account recovery phone number, answered all of the prompts and were advised by the automated messaging system that they’ve encountered an error. Then the call disconnected. Unacceptable.
