I even waited in a que system only to error out. I'll put it plainly, @AtlMarriottMarq does not care about their guests

.@AtlMarriottMarq Why do you keep using passkey to do DragonCon Drops? 2.5 hours online. 1 hour on phone with the Platinum Reservation line. 0 rooms. At least 3 times I got to the payment page before error, at least 10 rooms in my basket that never flipped to payment.
