Kia was pretty typical awful last summer, except that my salesman (who was a good dude) helped us when I said I would only buy the vehicle if he could promise us we'd be in and out of the dealership in no more than 90 minutes. He admitted he couldn't promise that, but set it up so we could complete the paperwork from home, LOL.

@CynicalPublius Soccer games can be boring, just like football, baseball, etc., but understanding the game helps a lot (again, just like football, etc.) Mexico took 23 shots, but only 5 were on goal (which is a big reason why they had 12 corners), whereas 5 of the 6 England shots were on goal

I know nothing about soccer other than that it's the most boring sport this side of competitive origami, but I must ask. Is it normal to have 23 shots on goal (Mexico) to the other team's 6 (England), and control the ball 2/3rds of the game (Mexico) and still lose? That seems peculiar.

@caddietales I've played with a forecaddy a few times, but never a true looper. I can't justify the cost of playing at your course, but I think I'd enjoy having you on my bag.

I have tried to get into soccer since the World Cup started. I’ve watched 2 or 3 games just from the social pressure of my friends being into it. I really, really tried. This crap is so boring. I hate it more now than I did before. What garbage.

Happy 47th Birthday #Infocom. Thank you for 31 GREAT All text games (1980-1987) followed by 10 games that had some form of graphics in the game (1988-1989). It was a sad day when Activision ended you on May 5, 1989, when they fired all employees except for 5 who they moved to CA.

@CharlesHawn66 No, I seem to recall that it was like a little book, but that's a fairly vague memory so it may be wrong. I had Zork I, II, and III, as I recall.

@geeman1082 Box? With a lid that comes off or an end that opens? If so, then it's not one of these. These are what Commodore used with all of the software, called small or large folder. Bottom right of that last photo was a plastic clamshell only sold in Canada (dual language French English)

@geeman1082 Commodore released Zork in 4 different types of packages. I now have all 4 of them in my Infocom collection. Mine from 1984 is the bottom left. Which was yours.
