It seems @BenefitUK have now changed their position on this after pressure on social media But perhaps they should consider an apology to all the NHS staff they’ve upset and make a donation to @theHWF to help make amends? Could you imagine if all companies banned NHS staff?

Just finished reading the @MPS_Medical report on burnout amongst doctors. A survey amongst members showed 52% are not happy with their work life balance, 1 in 2 have considered leaving the profession for personal wellbeing reasons. Pretty stark. Must do more to support!
