@virginmedia please arrange for someone to call me. I can’t get any sensible answer to complaint C-0304241310. Your WhatsApp service promised a call from a manager which never materialised. The ‘interim’ email replies to the complaint do not address the actual problem 😞

DM sent @newlook explaining your warehouse wrongly sent my return back to me. It was plainly NOT outside 28 days. Received 23 July and sent back via Collect+ 13 Aug, received by you 17 Aug. Whichever way you count it, it was within 28 days. STOP WITHHOLDING MY MONEY!
