NEW: Group of Los Angeles teens violently beat a man in the middle of the road after he confronted them for blocking the street.
Wow, what a rational response.
To make matters worse, it took police almost 30 minutes to respond to the 911 call.
The driver, who was violently beaten, reportedly got out of his car to confront the group because they were blocking the street.
One of the teens then got on top of his car and kicked the windshield in.
According to the man who shared the video, the driver suffered head trauma and lacerations to the face.
The juveniles fled the scene on their bikes.
