@Hotwire Hi I did reach out when the issue happened the solution was finding a new hotel 35 minutes away and triple the price I paid. I went with a different site. I will never use this platform again.

Had one hell of a morning because my hotel reservation that I booked through @Hotwire was canceled and the hotel I booked was still selling rooms.. at triple the price. And their solution: a room that cost $1500 more. NOT COOL! I booked a year ago!
