Join our call to action for #Youthlead engagement for #MentalHealth. • Reorient decision-making table where youth are no longer considered an “add-on” to adult-led initiatives. • Destigmatize mental health beyond clinical settings. • Invest in mental health services.

Not to brag but... my uni @DeakinMedicine is holding its first ever #LifestyleMedicine Conference. The Skill-it Kitchen team (@VictoriaDeLacy @gmwoollard + Oli) are in the kitchen cooking a delicious laksa for lunch. Thanks @claire_mckie_ for inviting us!

Fantastic presentations - looking forward to panel discussion #deakinlifestylemed @KarenDwyer12 @Tetyana_Rocks @reallifemedicine

Thanks again to Prof Bob Morgan, @susansawyer01, @KarenDwyer12, @HaydenMcRobbie, @genmoseley, and @drsammanger for sharing their thoughts on "leading change in practice and in the community" this afternoon at #lifemed20 (and to our live panel facilitator, Dr Darren Morton)!

In a study of U.S. medical school graduates, 1979–2013, women were less likely than men to be promoted from assistant to associate professor and from associate to full and less likely to be appointed department chair. The sex differences have not diminished over time.
