I'm giving away the Claude Code skills we use to manage $300k/mo in ad spend at ColdIQ. 4X ROAS on $1M+ spent. Ivan, our head of growth, built them off 300+ hours running ad campaigns for our clients. They run Google, Meta, and LinkedIn ads from the terminal in plain English: → bulk edits across platforms → custom audiences from CRM lists → creative fatigue detection before CTR dips → bid adjustments at scale → performance audits across periods Reply "ads" and I'll send the full repo. Must be following.

Nano Banana 2 is f*cking ridiculous for DTC ad creative 🤯 One product photo → 50+ campaign-ready images. Virtual photoshoots, persona testing, text-in-image hooks, infographic ads, relighting to fight fatigue, and instant localization into any language. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are still spending $10K+ on photoshoots that fatigue in 3 days. If you're booking new shoots every time you want to test a different persona, waiting weeks for basic lifestyle variations, and watching AI-generated text come out looking like a ransom note... Nano Banana 2 eliminates the entire bottleneck: → Upload 14 reference images of your product → 100% accuracy on logos, labels, and packaging across every generation → Infinite lifestyle shots from a single SKU — place your product in any environment → Swap models instantly for persona testing without booking talent → Pixel-perfect text rendered inside the image in any language → Relight winning ads to fight fatigue without reshooting No more $10K shoots that die in 72 hours. No more weeks waiting for basic variations. No more AI slop with warped logos and gibberish text. What's in the playbook: → "Anchor Stack" for virtual photoshoots → "Mannequin Swap" for persona testing → "Hook Factory" for native text-in-image ads → "Science Ad" for explainer infographics → Asset Recycling to refresh fatigued creative → Global Scale for instant multilingual localization → Format Fluidity for omnichannel output Want the full Nano Banana 2 playbook for free? > Like this post > Comment "NANO" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

Claude Cowork Dispatch is f*cking cracked 🤯 Text Claude a task from your phone → it runs the entire workflow on your desktop → you come back to finished files in your project folder. Competitor audits, creative briefs, hook variations, ad copy: all running while you're in a meeting, at the gym, or on a call. All inside Claude Cowork. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are already using Cowork but still need to be at their desk to kick off every workflow. If you've built skills and connectors in Cowork but can't use any of them unless you're sitting in front of your laptop... Dispatch eliminates the bottleneck: → Text from your phone: "run a competitor audit on Hexclad" → Claude runs it on your desktop using your files, skills, and connectors → Downloads the ads, analyzes the creative, saves the brief → You sit down to a finished report in your project folder No waiting until you're at your desk. No losing the idea because you couldn't act on it. No re-explaining context, it's one persistent thread across both devices. I put together a quick setup guide with 10 DTC prompts you can dispatch from your phone: competitor audits, hook generation, weekly reports, creative briefs, review mining, all of it. Want the Dispatch playbook for free? > Like this post > Comment "DISPATCH" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

I just built a $10K/month creative strategist inside Claude Code 🤯 Give it your competitor Facebook page URLs → it scrapes their ads, watches every video with AI, and delivers a data-backed creative brief with 10 ad concepts in your brand voice. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are still manually scrolling the Meta Ad Library, screenshotting ads into Google Docs, and guessing at what's working. If you're spending hours every week pulling competitor ads one by one, watching videos to figure out the hook, copying notes into a brief, and rewriting concepts from scratch every time... This system eliminates the entire loop: → Apify scrapes your competitors' active ads from Meta Ad Library (video + image) → Downloads every creative asset locally → Gemini watches each video and analyzes the hook, angle, visual format, copy framework, CTA, and emotional trigger → Runs the full batch and finds the patterns that repeat across 3+ ads → Claude generates 10 ad concepts using the proven mechanics, matched to your brand voice No manually scrolling the Ad Library. No screenshotting ads into docs. No guessing which hooks are actually working. What you get: → Individual creative breakdowns for every competitor ad (7 dimensions each) → A pattern report showing which hooks, formats, and triggers keep repeating → 10 ready-to-brief ad concepts traced back to real competitor data → A reusable system — new competitors, new brief, same pipeline The research that takes your team a full day now runs in 15 minutes for ~$3 in API costs. Built 100% in Claude Code with Apify + Gemini. I put together a full playbook showing you can build the entire thing step-by-step from scratch. I just vibe coded a full DTC advertorial page builder in Claude Code 🤯 One prompt --> complete presell page. Product images + editorial copy + testimonials + pricing —> all generated automatically. Built 100% in Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who need fresh advertorial pages for Meta but can't keep paying $1,500 per page. If you're running advertorials, you need variation & volume. 5-10 different advertorials per month. Different hooks, different audiences, different products. That means briefing a copywriter, waiting days, getting back a draft, giving notes, waiting again. Rinse repeat. This system solves it: → Enter your brand, product, target customer, and unique mechanism → Pick a style preset (clinical editorial, news exposé, lifestyle magazine, warm and trustworthy) → Claude writes the full page — every section from urgency banner to guarantee to final CTA → Nano Banana Pro generates all product images and mechanism diagrams inline No copywriter back-and-forth. No designing from scratch. No starting from a blank page every time. What you get: → A complete HTML advertorial page ready to paste into Shopify → DR copy structure extracted from real pages scaling on Meta → AI-generated product photography and diagrams → 4 style presets that automatically shift tone, colors, and authority framing per niche → Fully customizable system prompt — swap in your own advertorial templates, formulas, or page structures and it follows those instead I built 3 complete advertorial pages for 3 different brands in under 5 minutes. Skincare, supplements, and pet products. All different styles, all production-ready. I put the full Claude Code system prompt into a free Google Doc so you can get this up & running asap. 5/ Nearly 30 years later: No new studio albums. Yet the estate generates millions per year and is now worth close to $160M. Why? Because ownership compounds. Cash disappears.

I made an insane amount of money with Bitcoin from 2023 to 2025. I publicly sold the exact top at $126K. I told you it would drop massively, and here we are. It’s all going according to plan. I’ll share an update very soon. I think we all know what happens next, right?

ChatGPT can generate insane images. But only if you prompt it correctly. This guide shows you exactly how: → Prompt formulas → JSON templates → Creative workflows → Style control tricks Most people don’t know this exists. Comment “IMAGES” and I’ll send it to you. (Must be following)

I just spent 12 hours stress-testing Gemini Pro 3.0. The results were startling. The barrier between "technical" and "non-technical" is gone. I didn't write code. I didn't hire a dev. I didn't open n8n. I just used plain English. So let's look at what happened... The Clean Up: I pasted a description of a broken lead-routing process. Gemini spotted the bottleneck. It redesigned the logic flow. It wrote the SOPs for my team. The Analysis: I uploaded raw, messy sales transcripts. I asked for patterns. It found a pricing objection I had missed for months. That one insight is worth five figures. The Build: I requested a client portal architecture. It gave me the database schema. It mapped the user journey. It defined the error handling. Most people use this tech to write emails. That is a waste of horsepower. It’s not a chatbot, it’s a 24/7 operator. But it only works if you know how to speak to it. I documented everything I did in those 12 hours. I call it the Gemini Prompting Playbook. Inside: - 40+ Operator-grade prompts - My exact SOP frameworks - Templates to turn data into decisions I’m giving it away for free. Reply "GEMINI" below. I’ll DM you the link. VSL ads are crushing for our clients in health, wellness and beauty niches (specifically) 👨‍🍳 If you're not using VSLs yet. You're leaving stupid money on the table. Here’s exactly how we’re doing it internally (and how you can replicate it too) Because let's be real, most VSL ads are complete trash. You're trying to convince people your supplement works. That's not how you win Your customer has a graveyard of failed supplements in their medicine cabinet. They don't need another "this one's different" pitch. They need to understand WHY everything else failed first. That's where VSLs dominate every other format. You get 3-5 minutes of uninterrupted education time. Use it to make them feel like an idiot for buying anything else. Don't sell magnesium for sleep. Sell against magnesium oxide that gets pissed out unchanged. "The reason you're still lying awake at 2am isn't because magnesium doesn't work... it's because 90% of supplements use the cheapest form that your body literally can't absorb." Now they can't walk into CVS without thinking about bioavailability. You've ruined every other option. This is called enemy creation. The enemy isn't their insomnia. The enemy is the supplement industry cutting corners. Once you create the right enemy, selling becomes education. "Here's why your last 5 supplements failed..." They lean in because now you're the teacher, not the salesman. Next, you need mechanism ownership. Every supplement brand talks benefits. "Reduces inflammation." "Supports joint health." "Boosts energy." So what? You need to own HOW it works differently. "Our curcumin uses liposomal encapsulation to bypass stomach acid, delivering 5X more to your bloodstream than regular powder." That mechanism becomes your moat. Every time they see regular turmeric, they think "amateur." The mechanism doesn't need to be revolutionary. It needs to sound logical and exclusive. "Time-release matrix." "Cellular transport technology." "Bioavailability enhancement." Pick something that makes competitors sound outdated. But here's where everyone f*cks it up. You can't go from "industry bad" to "buy mine" in one jump. There's a belief gap in between. Bridge it with micro-agreements. "If poor absorption caused the failures, better absorption should work, right?" "And if synthetic fillers were the problem, clean ingredients make sense?" "So if we solved absorption AND eliminated fillers..." Each "yes" builds momentum toward the inevitable conclusion. This is logical stacking. By the end, saying no feels illogical. Also, stop focusing on their current symptoms. Focus on where those symptoms lead if ignored. "Right now it's joint stiffness when you wake up. In 5 years? You're that person who needs help opening pickle jars." Future consequences create urgency that current pain doesn't. And your claims need surgical precision. "Eliminate arthritis completely" = sounds like bullshit. "Reduce morning joint discomfort by 70% in 6 weeks" = sounds believable. The sweet spot is where hope meets plausibility. Too conservative, they don't care. Too aggressive, they don't believe. VSLs work in a saturated market insanely well because skeptical customers need logical proof before they'll try again. You're not just selling a product. You're selling a new understanding of why this time will be different. IF you need our internal guide for making VSL ads that actually convert, comment "VSL" and I'll send it over. See ya in the next one 🥂
