@DrJN_SportsMed I know that exercise has been hammered a bit in recent paper and online but for me it has effect on my ankle different to standing calf raises or even horizontal sled push stuff that reduces the ache in ankle. Anyway, as you know the scans don’t always match the symptom severity!
