NOT ONE of these #Manosphere saddos has ever gone down the pub and had a pint. None of them have ever successfully flipped a beer mat and caught it. None of them have ever got the fruity to pay-out This alone disqualifies them from talking about masculinity. Fucking soft lads…

@Headteacherchat Congratulations! A small clock opposite wherever you’ll sit for meetings (i.e. not at your desk) and some fidget toys, colouring and puzzles for the kids who struggle to tell you things whilst looking at you directly.

Together, these two proposals reflect an awareness that flexibility and a metaphorical line in the sand are elemental to a more effective and more contented workforce. How a ‘right to disconnect’ could stop teachers turning off schoolsweek.co.uk/how-a-right-to…

I’ve been thinking about this data a lot recently (not just because my talk at @researchED1 was about it) but because I think it’s really important to look at the root causes of these complaints. Results via @TeacherTapp look at onelink.to/teachertapp

@Headteacherchat That is so hard, haven’t experienced it myself but instinctively would suggest having child elsewhere w/ TA and then HT being present w/ teacher at arrival - meeting parents to try and calm things down and hopefully reach an agreement without the child seeing anything upsetting?

Anon post: What would you do? Separated parents both insisting they are going to pick up their 4 year old tomorrow. No legal agreement in place. History of violence between the parents. Police have said they won’t come out to support unless ‘something happens’

@jon_hutchinson_ @tes This is a library of training for middle leaders-absolutely brilliant. Thank you for contributing and for sharing - it caught my eye at exactly the right moment and it is so well curated. I've read through some of the pieces, wish I'd had it about 10 years ago! 👏 👀@Gary_G1976
