In Canada this would need a proper CEC Section 8 service load calculation.
A 7 kW battery charger + 7 kW EVSE is already about 58A at 240V before the pool heater, heat pump water heater, or normal house loads. On a 60A service, that only works if Rule 8-106/8-500 load management or measured demand supports it.
Otherwise it would typically require a service upgrade, often to 100A/200A depending on the full dwelling load calc.

I think you might find more success using a black and decker toaster oven, and can do many boards at once. Poor mans IC reflow oven.
I know someone who invented the bitaxe device PCB using a black and decker pizza oven like this one and a BBQ instant read remote connection thermometer.
You’re good at finding deals on the used market. I feel like you could source both for $20-$30

I now see the downside of rushing hot air soldering; it left small solder blobs that are absent on boards where I took my time and heated more slowly.
I will probe each board and if it has issues I will fix it with a soldering iron.

@akafaceUS Thoes conductors don’t look very strapped or mechanically protected. But otherwise looks good.

@willreil @droneforge Will you need to absolutely get one. I got one and never looked back, never has been so easy to ensure optimal flow temp

@heskelbalas @Silexperience @i2cjak @fishPointer @yacineMTB @willreil thought of you going down a new rabbit hole when I seen this hah.

Wait, you can just 3D print a circuit layout and then copper leaf it, and it works?!! We could have done this the whole time?

Thats exactly it, when we do repair on ASIC machines, we will pre-tin the ASIC IC before reflowing it onto the PCB. Since the PCB will already have many soldered on components, the stencil wont lay flat to re-tin mask areas as needed. Il throw it on github shortly maybe its of use to others.
