@bmarcello13 S&C for kids=climb a tree, fall off the tree, learn to land from the fall. Play hop scotch & skip. Throw a ball & Jump as high as you can to catch the ball. Run as fast as you can for as long as you can, then sit and rest for a long as you need, then repeat. Just go out & play😳

I believe we should stop chasing strength and conditioning, and focus on contribution to skill.
